My wife is doing CKD and she is kicking ass with it. I am more of a traditional carb cycler. As for cheese I eat it during a "normal" cut but when I am cutting for a show type scenario I drop dairy (excluding whey).
I have been on a CKD for over 3 months and my training has not been effected at all but then again I have enver been one to eeat a lot before training just a shake and maybe fish oil or something.
As for cheese, I do eat cottage cheese and maybe a slice of regular once in a while on a grilled burger.
ouch that would be rough. seems like my training might be affected from not enough carbs as well.
Jordan,
Let me know if you are thinking about setting something up like this. I will be completely swamped for about the next week, but if you want me to take a peak what you are thinking about beyond that time, it can be arranged.
