I'm currently using WMS. Though I prefer slower carbs (i.e. oats), I work out so freaking early in the morning (4:30am) that it's hard for me to get carbs in my system in time before I lift.

I agree, OATS are my favorite carb source ever... I have so many things of oats in my house it's unreal... but Honey seems to be awesome if it's fresh from a TN beefarm... LOL
