Honey is an awesome fast carb. Back when I used to play lacrosse, everyone used to keep a jar in their bag to suck down on the sidelines.
I'm currently using WMS. Though I prefer slower carbs (i.e. oats), I work out so freaking early in the morning (4:30am) that it's hard for me to get carbs in my system in time before I lift.
