I don't notice anything from WMS that is out of the ordinary. Honestly think it's a waste of money.

Good point. I think I'm just not a fan of carbs postworkout period. People say that carbs that are taken immediately postworkout are not stored as fat and simply restore glycogen but I really don't believe that. Unless you are training for hours and hours, your glycogen levels will return to normal with a regular carbohydrate intake throughout the day. I'm been using just 40 grams whey postworkout with a whole food meal 1.5 hours later and getting much better results and less bloat.

You hafta remember whats been preached throughout the years....

Carbs are King
One bodypart per week and work the complementing ancillary part with it
Fat will make you fat
Cardio is for fat loss weights are only for building muscle
Creatine Loading is a must

There's plenty more bs out there, it depends on what works for you mentally and physically....

I think you knock carbs because you have not tried an actual carb product that works. WMS is garbage plain and simple even if you do feel something It will only last 15min. When I use Resurrection say on a chest day it is amazing. You take it one hour before you lift and you feel your body becoming fuller and pumped. We use Karbolyn which is actually faster and longer acting then Vitargo which everyone loved. I think you would change your mind after a tub of Resurrection!
