Post Workout Shakes
Hi all,
I am new here at Lean Bulk. I met Dr. Houser through where I work (the vitamin shoppe). He's a great guy and I have learned a lot from him just by picking his brain periodically.
Anyways my question to anyone that wants to answer it is:
What post workout shakes are you taking??...
-the ingredients and amounts of them...i'm interested to hear what everyone is doing.
as of right now i'm thinking about 2 scoop whey protein approx 40 g, 3tbsp amino complex liquid (bodytech brand), 1 heaping teaspoon glutamine, 1/2 cup dry oats: all mixed with water and ice
