Just wanted to start a thread discussing cheat meals...
Wanting to know...when people are having their cheat meals, how often, and what are your typical cheat meals...
If anyone with additional knowledge (ie DR HOUSER) can post if cheat meals are truly beneficial that would be great. Overall, other than the sanity argument I was wondering if their are truly benefits to the bodybuilder by having a cheat meal once a week, once every two weeks or so on...
