Lost cause because you are too combatitive and defensive to engage in a conversation with. Know-it-alls like you just turn a discussion into a flame war dick waving fest. I don't argue on the internet.
So in the meantime, if the almighty "b-natural" says something, then everyone must believe it. So let it be written, so let it be done.

You are slightly depleted of glycogen, yes, but it doesn't mean that your body just up and goes for fats....
and I think it is a good idea to worry about muscle loss while fasted, being HYPOCALORIC causes the release of cortisol and an abundant amount is released during this fasted cardio... so when you eat afterwards, your catabolic state will generally cause your freshly digested meal to be stored as fat, some as glycogen, but mostly fat due to the constant need to store, since you will be doing a daily session of fasted cardio....
Don't just jump in when one guy responds and says that low intensity and fasted cardio is ok, know what you are saying, have some info on it, that truly supports it....
Why is it better or why is it your preferred choice? because others say its ok, you should truly look at what is burned during that fasted session...
At least have some BCAA's before or during this, at least your body has something to burn or your body can replenish SOME of the stores pulled and depleted from your muscles....

Actually, if you re-read my statement, you'll see that I was trying to imply that people make way too big of a deal with the nitty gritty details, whether it's training-related, diet-related, sleep-related, etc. But more information is always good. Unless you're competing in a bodybuilding competition, chances are most of us are just normal people lifting for overall health and vanity. Thus it's not such a a big deal whether we do it in a fasted state, or after a workout, or during lunch, or after sex with someone whom we do not want to be with after a rump session, etc.

Word. And like I said, more information is always better than no information at all, so thanks for the helpful advice.
What the hell are we doing on an online fitness forum on a Saturday night?
