Protein Shake vs Meal
Okay, so all over the place I always hear that a meal is much better than a protein shake, and that it is not recommended to drink too many protein shakes a day, maybe two at the most. Why is this? What makes real food better than a protein shake? I don't quite understand the difference. Is calories and protein in a protein shake somehow worse than the calories and protein in chicken, steak, tuna, etc?
