yea i usually eat that for lunch. it depends wut i eat for dinner though basically one whatever she wants to make ya know what i mean. I will try the brown rice. I see in our pantry we have some uncle bens ready rice Whole grain brown rice. i will have to try it. Thanx

throw a glass of milk in with each meal! Just keep adding little things in cause 950 calories is just not enough, I eat like 4-5x the calories you do lol

hit the gym hard and make sure your taking in 2g of protein per lb of body weight, And you should be good

ok i will add things. i read that i need 5-7 meals a day. What would be good to have in between the main meals of breakfast lunch and dinner
