ok that seems reasonable. I am already eating that amount for my breakfast. I also include a Fiber Bar to it.
I workout during my lunch time becuase of school. I usualy take my protein ON Gold Standard and creatine after the workout. But i do not have enough time to make an actual lunch. Would u reccommend something else that is fast, easy, and good for me along with my protein? thanx again
