Currently approx 2500 calories.
380-400 grams of protein
100 fat
about 30 carbs/day
Sometimes I dont even eat carbs pwo. Im experimenting a little bit but it seems the lower the carbs the better I respond.
In regards to increased SHBG while "low carbing" I am not sure I am grasping it correctly. Based on this study, it looks like a higher BMI is also correlated with lower SHBG. Meaning a lower BMI (assuming your bmi is lower while dieting/cutting) also showers higher levels of SHBG.
