Sometimes I actually have to remind myself to eat some red meat so I usually buy at least one big steak each week. Like others have said though I believe a balanced source of proteins is best...

All fish have mercury from the water, but larger predator fish have more mercury, because they eat fish with mercury
But as others have said, in moderation and a good variety of food is best.
