Only with large fish...commonly the tuna. I eat a lot of fish! Usually these are the most common:
tilapia (love this stuff)
salmon
tuna
roughy (if I feel like dropping the $)
Sometimes I actually have to remind myself to eat some red meat so I usually buy at least one big steak each week. Like others have said though I believe a balanced source of proteins is best...
