Default Need Help with PWO Nutrition

I know what to eat before working out in the afternoons, but her is my question. I have been waking up at 430am and working out at 5am before I go to work on my duty days (once every 3 days). What would be some good choices to eat prior to working out with not having much time to let it "settle" before my workout?

I dont know about this bro but when i have little time between meal andworkout I try to eat a decent amount of carb and a protein shake. The carbs for quick energy. I have noticed when i did not do this, i was pretty worthless in the gym. Quick carbs usually consised of pasta without sauce... just enough to get me through my workout. Then at good after workout. Not sure if this is the "proper" way to do it but it did work for me.

I think I might drink some whey with some dextrose in it. Not the best for trying to lose some bodyfat, but im hitting it hard 6 days a week and its doing wonders for my composition right now.
