What is the best way to gain LBM while losing or maintaining body fat. I have thought of carb cycling and the anabolic diet. I can handle some carbs. I like the idea of the anabolic diet and wanna give it a shot, but is it good to bulk on?
Charles Poliquin says you have to earn your right to eat carbs by getting lean, so i assume he would suggest an anabolic style diet 55-60% fat, 35-40% protein, ~5% carbs
My only concern about the anabolic diet is PWO nutrition and muscle loss, but i assume if i load up on BCAA's and creatine, i should be fine.
My main goal is to gain LBM and keep body fat in check. My goal is to look good naked and have a aesthetically pleasing physique. My ideal physique (im not gay, i swear haha)

BF%: ~14-15
Im "skinny fat" and hold my fat in my torso
