Yea... I workout about an hour and a half before I go to sleep. I eat about an hour prior to training.
IMMEDIATELY post workout, like the second I step in the door, I take BCAAs and WMS. About 20 minutes later i'll have a whey shake, usually 1 scoop, but i'll use low fat milk instead of water. I find the milk helps me stay asleep and not wake up so hungry.
