Default Hard to stick to diet while travelling

With my current job (Trading), I am required to travel a lot to other countries, and I'm having a real difficulties in maintaining a decent diet (living in a hotel and hardly knows a decent place to eat, and they tend to be quite costly), I tend to shrunk quite a lot everytime I travel from underfeeding, this really irritates me, but I have no choice because this is a family business so I have to do it.

What advice do you guys have for me, so that I can minimize catabolism while I'm travelling?

take nutritional bars with you, take your supplements with you as well...and ask the locals where you can find vegetarian eateries. i think the key is to come "packin"...you can not rely on what "may" be out there!!
