I feel fuller, definitely feel stronger, I feel the aggression when lifting. The cuts are coming in nicely. The six pack is becoming more visible. Also, recovery is sweet!
Joints began to get a little crackly so I added some glucose w/ msm + cissus

Anyone have any ideas on how I can spice this diet up?
Also, I cannot afford isolate especially when its $180 a month, but my protein is straight 25g with 1g fat.
If Im still not pleased with the results, I will try clen after the epi cycle. Possibly PCT.

no cheese or dairy on his diet,
fishoil and evening primrose oil on his diet you need
if you dont use the isolate and you use some other form of protein, try something with under 7 grams of carbs per 50g protein and use oil instead of the all natural peanut butter.
try making chicken with soy sause lemon and garlic. kinda marinate it in that
use hot sauce and mustard on everything lol
mrs dashes spices work well too.
dont take ur fiber with your fishoil supps.
