I dont really follow palumbo at all but does he advocate no carbs at all for a cut diet?

Your diet looks good. Look into enova oil that I mentioned in that other thread. Awesome source of fats with no taste.

I love love love TP's RTD mix. I have no idea what the rations are in it but 50g's in each shake is nice and it contains glutamine and taurine as well. I might actually email them and find out what protein is in it and the ratio of ingredients then just order some.

I think its very low carb like under 30 grams a day. If you check at musculardevelopement.com I think its listed over there

MEAL #6 SHAKE: 50g Whey/EGG with 1 1/2 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites (7:30pm)

I will be using a form of ECA stack (homemade) from CVS
I will consume 3x daily (5:30am, 11:00am, 4:00pm Sleep by 10)

Routine
All session will be kept under 1 hour >(unless cardio is performed immediately after workout)

Cardio on Lifting Days:
Incline of 10+ with a fluctuation of speed varying between 3.5-4.5 mph every other minute. In a walking HIIT fashion

Dedicated Cardio Days: 25 minutes of incline walking.
Incline of 10+ with a fluctuation of speed varying between 3.5-4.5 mph every other minute - 20 minutes of HARDCORE HIIT


Chest/Bi/15min incline walk
Legs/Abs/15min incline walk
Dedicated Cardio
Back/Calves/15min incline walk
Shoulder/Tri/15min incline walk
Dedicated Cardio
Rest

Training method will be a 5x5 program. Lifting Heavy as I can that day for the scheduled body part, with gradual weight increases. Tempo 1:1:2

on DPs diet bro, ECA is not the way to go, it raises cortisol and your risk loosing muscle, along with hiit cardio you are bound to loose muscle. as far as adding the extra protein, you are allowed that extra meal as long as you are up ong enough to warrent it.

take a fiber supp 3 times a day, fish oil, evening primrose oil, dave also advocates strictly whey protein ISOLATE, the others have carbs and can risk throwing you out of ketosis.

cheat meal is 2 weeks after u start the diet, have your protein first then eat what you crave stay awway from trans fats, and make your cheat meal the last meal of the day.

after the initial 2 weeks, then cheat meal is once a week.

clen and T3 are also good on his diet.

Joints began to get a little crackly so I added some glucose w/ msm + cissus

Is it really two weeks? FUCK! seriously, show me a link. Im seriously like dieing!

I'm using Fiber sups already. 2 servings ED


Anyone have any ideas on how I can spice this diet up?

Also, I cannot afford isolate especially when its $180 a month, but my protein is straight 25g with 1g fat.

If Im still not pleased with the results, I will try clen after the epi cycle. Possibly PCT.

I pissed on the ketostix It says moderate 40. I dunno wtf that means but imma google it. Last time it was Negative. SO I GUESS I HAVE MODERATE KETOSIS?

im in ketosis!!! This just gave me hope for the next week of dieting. im stoked. then I told my mom I made ketosis, and she said she was in that once and lost 18lbs in 25 days, she said it was crazy and its a huge transformation. but that was 25 years ago, shes 50 now.

no cheese or dairy on his diet,

fishoil and evening primrose oil on his diet you need

if you dont use the isolate and you use some other form of protein, try something with under 7 grams of carbs per 50g protein and use oil instead of the all natural peanut butter.

try making chicken with soy sause lemon and garlic. kinda marinate it in that

use hot sauce and mustard on everything lol

mrs dashes spices work well too.

dont take ur fiber with your fishoil supps.

ketostix dont work "they are crap"

you drink a lot of water, the ketones are soo diluted.
