Alright fellas...so I moved cheat day 2 days ahead of schedule(
TODAY). Last night, when I got home...I cracked. I saw a package of bacon and egg beaters "southernwestern style" so you better believe I ate it. Plus I didn't go straight home after work and I forgot the EVOO at the house in the AM...so bacon made up for that

...I saw a slight 4 pack...then I pulled a little down on the fat.. and I saw 4 abs about the size of credit cards.
My diet is odd when attempting ketosis.
One day I am, one day im not. One day Im slightly, and one day im not. Either way, its low carb...it'll help.
