yeah, well...I still use them... I tend to consume more water after work, atleast a gallon, so I test while I work...which I usually only drink about 50 or so oz... so I think im good. but thanks bro.

Alright fellas...so I moved cheat day 2 days ahead of schedule(TODAY). Last night, when I got home...I cracked. I saw a package of bacon and egg beaters "southernwestern style" so you better believe I ate it. Plus I didn't go straight home after work and I forgot the EVOO at the house in the AM...so bacon made up for that ...I saw a slight 4 pack...then I pulled a little down on the fat.. and I saw 4 abs about the size of credit cards.

My diet is odd when attempting ketosis.

One day I am, one day im not. One day Im slightly, and one day im not. Either way, its low carb...it'll help.

They work.
because the fiber will interfere with the absorbtion of the fishoil and it wont get absorbd properly.

let me rephrase.... they arent a good indicator of ketosis . sompe people who are in ketosis have weak readings on them becuase the ketones are diluted in the urine.

i said fiber supplements, not from food. (some people take fiber supps inbetween meals with nothing)

How is the Epi working for ya? I was thinking of trying the same diet with either 11 OXO or Epi. Any how do you plan on reintroducing carbs when done with the cut?

I have before and after pictures. There is a definite difference. Less handles. definitely! almost none. It wasn't remarkable. The diet was hard for me to keep up with...I had some situations arising. BUT...I am going to be going into PCT soon. Epi definitely gave me some muscle, kept mass and I think gave me a little. I reintrouduced carbs 5 days ago and I freakin GREW.

Ive heard this diet is made to work with CLEN or a Ephedra stack very well.

I have a bottle of clen which I will begin in about 3-5 days.

Cardio has been increased as well. I have bad knees so I have to be careful when running.

When I begin clen, It'll be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. benadryl ED...

I actually set a goal for myself and im gonna do it.
I wanna be the HULK for Halloween. and about the time I start my cycle I should be able to pull it off.

Im going to change my diet around a little.

All solid foods in the first 3 meals. Then all three shakes.

Egg
Chicken
Fish
Shake
Shake
Shake

Cardio will be done before work. I will increase 5 minutes every other day Starting at 30. When I peak 1 hour, it will stop there. and possibly run after work/before bed. for 20-30minutes.

Id say go with 11 oxo I hear its a AWESOME CUTTER...BUT DOUBLE THE DOSAGE.

The other thing I say is...drink ur fiber FIRST thing in the AM...it makes it slide right now...sounds gross, but man...no push no pull, no pinching. Just a slippin and a slide'in

I went to target its on SALE
