That is my thoughts as well B-nat. D_ has always stated that you should eat 2.5 hours prior to working out to allow for gastric emptying thereby allowing blood flow to muscles, not the stomach. Then he states that intraworkout drinks are not necessary unless going over one hour. I still like to drink some Intrabolic intraworkout for the bc/eaa and it has about 7g wph as well. That has worked well for me while on a ckd.
