Default Whey protein

hey everyone i need some advice on whey protein. i have been taking whey for around 2 years and i can't really tell if it is working. im not getting big and i was wondering if my body could have gotten used to the whey and its not helping anymore. do i need to switch things up or what?

Remember whey is just a supplement. By that it is meant it is just a supplement to your diet and training. It is not a magic powder that will make you big. You need to train hard and eat well to get big. What is your diet training like at the moment?

i weigh 165 about and taking in 185 grams protein and 2700-2900 calories a day.
i work out every week day for about an hour. my workouts are intense and i do 1 body part a day. yes that is true i might be hoping whey will get me big since training and diet alone arent.

i dont think your getting enough protein. calories are there, ive read on bb.com that inorder to gain weight(which is in urecase) a person should be consuming [weight]*[1.5]=247.5grams of protein you need to intake.

Good call GQ-Nemesis, He needs more protein in his diet. Remember that you also need rest bro you can't workout everyday.
