Never had fresh water fish as sushi....tend to stick to the salt waters:
Salmon, Tuna, Red Snapper (my favorite...sweet taste)

Interesting....didnt know that
On a side note....last weekend as i ate a "slab" of tuna over the rice...it was obvious from the get go that it wasnt going to make it down my throat....it just kept growing and growing (as I chewed)....didnt taste fresh either....it ended up in my napkin...waitress was not happy
