I think, hes comparing...2 kinds of running.
The ones with a constant set speed. Then HIIT where the speeds go into intervals. Fast > Slow Fast > Slow

Today is legs, I plan on interval walking with a incline....theres no way im going to be able to pound out 30 minutes of 8.0mph so Im going to use the highest incline with 3.5 to 4.5 every other minute for 30 minutes.
ohh and DC's Calve training ...I think I seriously grew the first time LOL.
