I think, hes comparing...2 kinds of running.

The ones with a constant set speed. Then HIIT where the speeds go into intervals. Fast > Slow Fast > Slow

MAN I WAS ALL FUCKING EXCITED WHEN I CAME IN HERE BECAUSE IT SAID 9 POSTS...and look A BUNCH OF BABBLE

Today is legs, I plan on interval walking with a incline....theres no way im going to be able to pound out 30 minutes of 8.0mph so Im going to use the highest incline with 3.5 to 4.5 every other minute for 30 minutes.

ohh and DC's Calve training ...I think I seriously grew the first time LOL.

Yea sorry about getting off topic BC.

I agree about the DC style calf training. It's the only really aspect of DC training that I routinely incorporate into my workouts and I feel it is the most effective style of training I've ever done for getting my calves to grow.

How are you liking the clen so far? Any sides?

Never tried it, but recently I saw they like to do calves everyday.

Calves EVERYDAY? wow. I could do it though, it wont be easy.

Clen is good...I went to 75mg...wow...I was talking to the GF on the phone with my arm on the arm rest... and dude, I started shaking insanely....My job is merchandising for redbull..I do what the coke, pepsi, 7up guys do..just a smaller scale...and bro..I HUSTLE MAN...i swear..im dripping sweat like a mofo.

Just shaky....I also was doing lunges felt like I was gonna throw up...I tried one more said..then said **** this, going home...RIGHT NOW...we've had enough.. I guess high blood pressure can do that?

Maybe it was the Arginine caps w/ the no-xplode and diesel test hard core and washed it down with homebrewed tea.

I hope to push myself for 45 minutes at home(legs yesterday)

..my mom just got a COOOOOOL ASS TREADMILL....it has speakers..TV.FAN..mp3 player hook up...data cards that connect to your computer and spreadsheet it for you...and a running belt that can be adjusted almost as soft as a futon, or as hard as concrete. you ask how much? I say 3k!!!

PS - toady I taught myself a very important lesson... NEVER LET YOUR GF WAX UR EYEBROWS.....

I still have 4-5 weeks left to cut...im interested in maybe a routine for fatloss...more then muscle gain, but muscle sparing perhaps?

Well, when I would train them once a week, I would slam the hell out of them. But now since I do them 5 days a week, I just do one exercise per day.

Alright, this kind of pissed me off. I pissed this morning on a keto stick...damn thing shows ketones on it...I ATE ZERO CARBS ZERO! not even veggies today...I didn't want my body to go "HEY! CARBS...YOU OUTTA HERE KETOSIS!" and I come home only drinking 1 liter of water and I pissed on the stick...IM OUT OF KETONES COMPLETELY. so I said WHAT THE FUCK...grabbed my dads protein bars...3 of them...they had 10 carbs each...2 choclate and 1 peanutbutter. The ingredients are actually really good, the protein, the carbs, the fats. its wafer like...anyways, I ate them and tonight im eatting a pizza. promise. Large. Stuffed crust w/ Black Olives and Canadian Ham... and im using a coupon for 12.99 + its payday!

Also, anyone wanna buy my truck? Great condition. 10k per year. 04' Titan.

Alright, I introduced a little carb cycling into my diet now...I don't like the idea of really doing so, but I DO like the carbs I am cutting carbs off at 3:00pm. I go to bed around 10. I workout anywhere between 3-9pm.

I ENVY YOU BASTARDS WITHOUT CHEST HAIR...MY ABS WOULD LOOK WAYYYY COOLER THEN YOURS.

UPDATE:

I like the idea of keeping carbs in the diet. Maybe, I wont loose as fast, but I feel like I am in better health. I was constantly dragging my feet. I am going to introduce swimming into my cardio. I'll start today with 20 laps. Non-stop.

I also took a picture today for progression, plus when I woke up, it looked pretty damn sick. Ive increased my rep ranged to 10-12. 4 sets.

Sept. 1st, I begin Test E :]]]]]] this is gonna be insane.

My diet with the upcoming cycle is pretty much dialed in, I'll be eating eggs,chicken,steak,fish, ground beef, rice,oatmeal,bread, im an addict for McD's Iced Coffee. So, I cant wait to start having that again.
