Default BC's Clen

I am recently in PCT from a oral cycle to help assist with retaining mass, (possibly gaining) while cutting. The cycle was a success. My girlfriend and I both looked back at the pictures, I went from a semi-pumpkin'd look(with muscle) to a more V shaped physique with minimal stomach muscle appearances. The leaning out process is close to my goal. Obviously, I want the six pack.:p

Without further rambling. I now will begin my clen cycle. Tomorrow on the 22nd of July. I will begin with a 50mcg dosage in the AM.

The dosages I will be following will be in 25mcg increments due to the dosing mechanism I am using for liquid. Yes, it is liquid clen. I have taken clen before and I understand how my body reacts to stimulants. I did feel a sudden rush from 50mcg, but it seemed to wear off quickly(2 hours).

Should dosing be spread throughout the day? Or better taken in the morning upon wakening?

Diphenhydramine HCI will be dosed @ 100mg ED 1 hour before bed.
Week 1 - 50/increasing dosages if I feel it is needed
Week 2 - continue dosages from week 1
Week 3 - OFF
Week 4 - OFF
Week 5 - will continue doses from week 2.
Week 6 - continue dosages from week 5

I do have homemade ECA stacks(bronkaid, etc). Can use it in the off weeks, I wasn't sure as ECA/Clen play with the same receptors?

I stick to a HIIT regimine. 30 minutes 5.0mph to 8.0mph with a 3 minute warm up. Before work.

Workouts will be after work around 4pm, I will run after my workout sessions about 20-25 minutes.

My diet contains no carbs except carbs from veggies or fiber.
Fish/Chicken/Egg/Isolate Shakes/Olive Oil.

Any Advice is appreciated?

Aspirin isn't needed with E and C. Moreover, HIIT is pretty detremental to cutting too IMO.

Just finished 23 minutes of HIIT. I woke up a little late and couldn't find the mp3 player. Still killed it though.

Can I use ECA on my off weeks? I think not....

Today, Im going to do another HIIT after legs

It use to be pretty common practice to alternate clen and an ECA stack, with a belief that the ECA stack wouldn't affect your beta receptors, but I seem to remember reading something recently about ECA further down regulating the beta receptors. I'll see if I can dig it up for you.

Muscle wasting. IMO, it shouldn't be added unless dieting for a show and you can't knock out that last bit of fat and whatnot from "regular" cardio.

So your argument was simply that he should go about cutting from a dieting and supplementation approach rather than cardio? If so, then I misinterpreted your first post, which is why I questioned you. I thought you were implying that his addition of cardio would not benefit his weight loss (cutting) goals.

No, I'm saying introduce cardio as it is very important not just for weight loss but heart health, but not do HIIT, just "regular" cardio should be performed during cutting IMHO. For bulking, do whatever.

In that case I still do not understand your arguement. There is going to be muscle wasting to one degree or another with any form of cardio. What do you consider "regular" cardio? HIIT is a fairly common form of cardio and many feel it is one of the most effective.

Ever read the Cut Diet book? They explain it well in there. I don't feel like searching it out right now, but sooner or later I will.
