Cutting will be coming to an end soon and go into a bulk-a-mania mode.

What brands, companies, bulk discounts for unflavored powdered carbs? I want something with good mix-ability, and doesn't taste like crap. Im using Carbo-Max right now which is malodextrin, and so far, I like it, but im looking for something off the internet instead of paying 25$ for 2lbs of carbs in the local shops. I also plan to use them as fillers to reach my caloric goal when bulking plus, I'll be in school and will need something quick to whip up in my truck.

Also, Maybe Im over reacting, but I feel that I should almost "NEVER" go to bed without a protein shake because of the body naturally fasting its self.

Would Micellar Casein be a wise investment? How mang grams would I need to supply the body with enough to last a 6-8 hour sleep session? 30? 40?

Ever since I bought TP's Gemma. I'll likely never go back to their products. That stuff, is rather gagging.

Agreed; Gemma was nasty. But I've said it before and I'll say it again, their "premium" flavors tasted like a handful of chemicals as well.

Anyway, NOW Carbogain is pretty good from what I hear. Or you can just go the cheap route and eat the hell out of some oats.

So, what your saying is...unless im ecto...shakes before bed for sparing muscle are pointless? Im a Endo/Meso. (upper/lower) dude, im fuckign buzzed so hbard right now...Im NOT TRYING TO SOUND COOL but im letting loose a bit before I subjet myself to almost half a year of dedication!!!!!!!!!!

Uhh, no. Reread the quote, I was referring to WMS, not prebed shakes.

no, hes saying the exact opposite...hes saying if you are an ecto the wms is pointless....confusing as hell
