Default calories on workout days vs. non workout days

Hello,
I'm currently on a four day split and I'm trying to bulk. I was wondering if I am supposed to cut calories on the days I don't workout vs. my workout days? And by how much? And just reduce carbs? Thanks

Well the calorie reduction on non workout days and cutting from where depends on your diet....

Generally I just take out my PWO shake and thats a decent amount of calories.

X2 if bulking I just take out the PWO shake. But I never understood people decreasing their calories a ton on non-workout day. Arn't these the days when your are recovering? Wouldn't those extra calories be helpful
