Default Starting An H-Drol Cycle

Hi guys, I'm about to start an H-Drol cycle and I'm wondering what kind of diet I should be on. Currently I'm on a very strict low-carb 5 day's out of the week, low-fat, high protein (mostly chicken and fish), and lot's of veggies, some fruits too, but trying to cut down on sugars. I am 5'10" and about 170 lbs with 11% BF. I'm currently eating around 2500 calories a day, mainly in protein. I am looking to add lean muscle, but really looking to get that 6-pack, what do you guy's suggest?

I'm a little above maintenance but not really gaining any weight.. I go from 168-170lbs.

you will find on hdrol that even if you eat a ton aslong as you keep it clean you will put on alot of lean muscle and still drop bodyfat. so you will prob want to up your protien and cals some b/c you will be hitting the weights like a madman!

Try putting some olive oil in your shakes for extra calories or some natural peanut butter.
