I find when I cut out all the sweets and processed foods, the more natural/healthy foods start tasting better.
I'm not a big fan of 'it has to taste good' in order to eat/drink it. In my mind it's a matter of fueling the body...taste is not a major concern for me. I know that not everyone is like that.
That said...give yourself a chance to 'get a taste' for more natural/less processed foods. You'll be surprised how good things like plain ol oats can taste!
