Bison is AWESOME! I get it at Kroger for about 5 bucks a pound! Anything you can do with pork you can do with lamb or bison as well. I'm finding that turkey is very versatile and picks up flavor really well! we made Turkey Meatloaf, Stuffed Turkey breast, Turkey Chops, Turkey tacos... You can also have shrimp, Taliapia, Flounder, Rockfish, ostrich... If you have never tried ostrich you can get these 'jerky' strips called OSTRIMs and they are yummy! Its a ostrich jerky and it has like 14g of protein and like 2g of fat... 80cals! they are awesome pre-workout. I don't eat a lot of pork.. come to think of it- I don't think I've eaten pork in over 8mths... just not a meat I'm all that into!
