Default pork " the other white meat"

how many people actually eat this is there diets? I mean instead of chicken........ i don't buy into it never eat this stuff unless were talking bacon.

i never really eat chicken to me its too flavorless. as a matter a fact i just hit wally world for two family packs of chops two racks of babyback ribs and a ton of country style ribs(cheap) and of course two pounds of bacon! pork and beef thats all i go for but i'm eating a bulk diet.

Yea- I don't normally eat Pork when I'm cutting or even very often for that matter. I like my turkey or bison better! Are you just looking for things to sub out for the chicken? or do you just like pork?

just looking to sub for chicken basically I can do some good stuff with pork but it seems sketchy...... i don't think i have a hook up for bison ahi tuna or lamb is as exotic as i've go pretty much.

i not a big fan of lamb. tastes to "gamey" for me. i can do deer etc though. i do get tired of chicken. but it works and i can buy it in volume

Bison is AWESOME! I get it at Kroger for about 5 bucks a pound! Anything you can do with pork you can do with lamb or bison as well. I'm finding that turkey is very versatile and picks up flavor really well! we made Turkey Meatloaf, Stuffed Turkey breast, Turkey Chops, Turkey tacos... You can also have shrimp, Taliapia, Flounder, Rockfish, ostrich... If you have never tried ostrich you can get these 'jerky' strips called OSTRIMs and they are yummy! Its a ostrich jerky and it has like 14g of protein and like 2g of fat... 80cals! they are awesome pre-workout. I don't eat a lot of pork.. come to think of it- I don't think I've eaten pork in over 8mths... just not a meat I'm all that into!

Forgot about deer^^^^ Yummy! I have a friend who is a hunter and he just brought me some Elk and some Caribou too so I'm excited about that as well! also good lean, protein packed meats!

Pork is great for protein even on a cutting cycle. Leaner cuts are the tenderloin and chops. Pork gets a bad rap b/c of ribs and bbq. Truth is all meat has cholesterol, but if you want to eat clean with pork snatch up some loin, tenderloin, or chops.
