Default Pasta

I know the preferred pasta is wheat, but during a bulking cycle is it really that bad to consume moderate portions of regular "white" pasta? Is this the equivalent of eating white bread vs. wheat?

I never notice big fluctuations in insulin (not to say its not happening) and I eat frequent enough to avoid crashing. Also workout performance is still very good.

I will only eat white pasta....... Its delicious! I grew up in a all italian household and we never ever ate wheat pasta .......

Agreed! I've eaten wheat spaghetti once, I chewed forever and it didn't taste good at all...Thanks for the input

i know this is a question for a bulk, but for someone watching carbs, dreamfields pasta is actually really good. the carbs have been altered whatever that means and its only like 5gms that act on your blood sugar

Wheat pasta sux arse What's GREAT (for me) is packet'd pasta cooked up and put between buttered slices of fresh white bread with chilli sauce. OK ok so white bread doesn't do much for you....but it tastes darn good.....

....and chilli sauce goes with nearly everything I've found....

hmmm...

Don't think I've ever heard a claim like that except for soy.

Is this marginal estrogenic? Or will I grow titties, cry during movies, and obsess over twilight books?
