Question PCT for AAS
Hey dinoiii

I need some advise on my PCT.. I'm a little confused on what stuff should I run..

Anyway, stats:
1,80m
82kg
23 years old
9% bf

I consider myself healthy. I don't drink, nor smoke, and have good eating habits
I'm working out for the past 3 years (started with 52kg)

AAS used:

Oxandrolone
week 1-8: 40mg everyday
week 9: 20mg
Sustanon250
week 1-9: 500mg
Nandrolone
week 1: 100mg
week 2: 300mg
week 3-7: 400mg
week 8: 300mg
week 9: 100mg

any more info that I forgot to give?
