Prolactin Issues???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Houser
I'm creeping up on a tren cycle in about two weeks time and naturally, I've been doing last minute reading. I came across a thread that mentions lactation, which I already knew was a possible side effect from tren, but what caught my eye was a post by a particular user mentioning prolactin problems (from using superdrol) and squeezing his nips and clear liquid coming out. Now, please don't laugh..... so there I am, being the curious (and previous superdrol user), squeezing my nips to see if a clear liquid will come out. Low and behold it did, out of both sides!!!!
I am absolutely weirded out by this and need some help and could use some sort of reassurement (that i'm not a female LOL). I've read b6, cabergoline, will take care of prolactin issues. But more importantly, what caused this???? I've used a slew of ps's and aas in the past 2 years. They include superdrol, mega zol, mega trn (i believe this is a progestin), havoc, dbol, and test. I've got a doctor's appointment thursday for my yearly physical. Should i mention this to her?
Lastly, is it a terrible idea to go on a cycle while this is occurring (especially a tren cycle)?
Please, any help will make me feel a little better right now.
EDIT: Wanted to make a note that I will be getting labs done at the doc. Is there anything I should ask for specifically? Hormonal panel?? I've heard that could get expensive though.

Dude I had an issue with this before and went to the doctor he said it is probably just sweat, which Im pretty sure it was. My issues went away then just the other day It happened again. It's more common than you think. (most guys probably don't squeeze their nips that often, and if they do they don't usually bring it up haha). I'll be interested to hear what you find out though.

i wish this was sweat bro. but it clearly was a bead of something clear that magically appeared when squeezed. i'd be curious to see what would happen if i did it a second time but to be honest i don't want to experience that again

Nah bro. Bromo refers to bromocriptine. Cabergoline also works for this, but like everything else, has a host of side effetcs that go along with it. L-Dopa works great and so does p-5-p. It is a coenzyme of vitamin b6. Most users dose 600mg of b6 to stop prolactin issues. 50mg of P-5-P is equal to about 250mg of b6. So i'd say 100-150mg of p-5-p should help with your problem. A good form of L-Dopa is one of the actives in USPLabs Powerfull. The 1-carboxy ingredient. You can buy that ingredient by itself in bulk. Start out with 1/4 teaspoonful (800mg) before bed. It will also help you sleep better, increase your mood, recovery, and your GH production quite nicely. This combined with p-5-p are IMO a great OTC replacement for bromo or cabergoline. Oh, and no, vitex (chasteberry) does not require a prescription.

Alright,
Just a general response here...
Nipple discharge, either bloody or serous, is distinctly abnormal in men and must always be taken seriously. Although it may very well turn out to be nothing and your PH/PS/DeS/AAS use is notable, it should always be followed up with mammography and biopsy if any mammographic abnormality is found. Your doctors may also try to generate some of the discharge themselves to send it for cytology (examination of cell types and morphology).
Most watery (serous) nipple discharge (approximately 90%) is due to a benign condition such as papilloma or infection. A papilloma is a non-cancerous, wart-like tumor with a branching or stalk that has grown inside the breast duct. Papillomas frequently involve the large milk ducts near the nipple. Multiple papillomas may also be found in the small breast ducts further from the nipple.
Of the benign conditions that cause suspicious nipple discharge, approximately half is due to papilloma and the other half is a mixture of benign conditions such as fibrocystic conditions (i.e., lumpy) or duct ectasia (widening and hardening of the duct due to age or damage). For example, women with fibrocystic breasts may experience clear, yellow or light green discharge. Most opalescent discharge is due to duct ectasia or cyst.
When nipple discharge occurs in young males, it usually represents duct ectasia. The histologic features in these patients are similar to those of gynecomastia in mammary ducts, without associated endocrinologic abnormalities. I beg that you see someone about it before using anything, HOWEVER, if you are going to use anything - forget all this B6 thought - there ARE side effects associated with high B6 dosages including permanent damage to the nerves (neuropathy) that oftentimes are forgotten about on bb message boards I think - this is NOT standard therapy though.
See Travis' link above.

Hey Dr, I am aware of the nerve damage issues with b6, which is why I voted for p-5-p. I thought that p-5-p did not cause any nerve damage??
