And I thought I was bad with my PCT....
So i started my PCT about a week late, and was totally stressing about it. But today I was just talkin to a friend to took a 10 week cycle of Prop about a year ago, and NEVER took a post cycle. He has been complaining of not being able to get any bigger, and his lifts arent going up, and he cant put on any weight. What should he do? I know its sooooooo late but I figured there would be something that would help....and I didn't know if the traditional plan would be good...What do u think?

Ok, in today's day and age...we have to be slightly more specific with the advent of PH/PS/DeS vs. 1990-classified schedule 3's (i.e. - AAS).
If you are talking about the EST product when you say "prop" - he is likely fine without a PCT, though it is always recommended - that "prop" acts as an anti-E by structural default. I wouldn't necessarily say blood tests a year later will be warranted in this scenario.
If you are talking in "schedule 3 slang," for a propIONATE agent like test-"prop," then we look a little more cautiously perhaps - but still devoid of more info, it is hard to make accurate guesstimates. Additionally, if no outward hypogonadal signs/symptoms (ie. - decreased libido, testicular atrophy, gyno, etc...) are present...in the face of a solely "small" anatomical setting (i.e. - bone structure, height, weight, etc..) lab values may or may not be of value. I am curious about extraneous items - diet/training/age/how long he has trained, etc... if you know those variables...that would give us a better picture for sure in the realm of more appropriate advice.

He took test-propionate for 10 weeks. He is 19, 210, 6'1". Been training for about 5 years, but only seriously for about the last year or two. I'm not too sure about his diet, but I would imagine its not THAT great... I don't think he watches what he eats too much, he is naturally cut and has always been like that. I'm not too sure if he has had any signs...the kid isn't all that smart and I really don't think he would know what to look for. He took the cycle not really knowing what he was getting into, and until I informed him yesterday, he wasn't even aware that he SHOULD have taken a PCT plan. From what I would think, he doesn't seem to be in too great of a situation. I hope that helps a little.. let me know what you think!

To be honest...I think he should wait another 2-5 years before even considering this, though I refuse to judge...I can only caution as he could be actually sacrificing health effects in the meantime.
What you tell me about his diet/training concerns me a little bit...does he compete? Why is a 19-year old watching his diet that closely? Not to say he couldn't be somewhat wary, but he also may want to ... well, be a kid for a bit longer...stinks when you no longer have age on your side!

No, my post was saying he DOESN'T watch his diet. And he isn't considering taking this, he DID take that about a year ago with no PCT. That's what I was wondering about, since he took that cycle a year ago and no post cycle, do you think he is going to have problems down the road? Is there anything he can take now to maybe help?

My question was rhetoric - in essence, not one that I wanted an answer too...but more one to suggest that I don't think he should be watching his diet too closely at 19 years old anyway. More or less, I agreed with this decision if he wasn't planning on hopping into competition or something to that degree.
And as far as already taking them...there isn't much he can do, except not take them again. Some ramifications show up much later than use would suggest ... so while he may very well not have any outward signs now, some things could certainly show up years down the line (it appears to be restricted to cardiovascular, but there are - for perhaps obvious reasons - NO CONTROLLED studies on long-term effects in the recreational sense).
I think if he is showing no outward signs now as we have discussed (libido, gyno, et al), then there is likely little he can do at this point in time from his standpoint. If he opts to use again, then we are talking a different scenario...
