Default Test Levels

Let me start off by saying that I am an idiot, never had any blood work done before. I took 1,4ad about 4 or 5 years ago, worked great for me. Didn't have any problems or see any difference. Well a couple of months ago I decide to take 11-oxo for a 40 days cycle (6 caps a day(600 mg)) and 28 days 6-oxo extreme (6 caps a day for 12 days, leveled it down the last two weeks) cycle. Total of 68 days. I have been off now for 8 days. I have been getting more interested and reading more about ph in depth, but I don't want to mess myself up. Then I read that I should have been doing pre and post cycle bloodwork. Well since I have no idea what I was before I have nothing to compare it too. My total test level was 243. It was taken at 6 pm and 8 days after my pct had finished. I am 27 years old and have never had a problem in the category.

In everyones opinion, is 243 at this time something to be concerned about or should I give it a couple more weeks or month and get another test done? Should I take anything to help boost my natural test? Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

Tough to say here on a few different grounds:

[1] Highest level of test will be in the AM.

[2] Without pre-cycle (baseline) establishment, as you are figuring out it sounds, the results mean relatively little.

[3] There is no free versus total designation in what you have provided here.
