i have recently started a cycle on rpn havoc on the recommendation of a friend, he also told me to take alpha male (a natural test booster containing tribulus and eurycoma longifolia) after i was finished with the cycle. I've also been taking cell tech after workouts. I'm 21 years old, i plan to be on havoc for 4 weeks, while eating clean and staying away from booze. Im taking zma at night, milk thistle twice a day (to try and detox my liver) and i also take cell tech after workouts. That being said i have a few questions...

1. Is there anything else I should take with my PCT?
2. Are there any side effects i should watch out for? any big warning signs that would make me stop havoc immediately?
3. Is there any harm in taking cell tech with havoc?

1) you should possibley throw in an AI like Inhibit E, along side your natrual test booster
2) you should watch out for shutdown, your boys shrink. but dont worry too much they should be back up and. running during your pct.
3) there's no harm in taking cell tech with havoc...but there really is no need, save it for pct. unless you you were planing on buying cell tech for pct.( to tell you the truth i think sizeon is better)

Do you think SAMe would work well in his case?

For the OP, how far along into havoc are you? Notice any "dry joint" symptoms? I have heard taking a joint supplement help considerably during the use. just wondering.

I was just wondering, what is a good pct for havoc? I just started a cycle, and the only OTC pcts I've been able to find are ones that claim to boost test while suppressing estrogen as a side effect. I did a cycle of 19-nor a few years ago and still have half a bottle of estrosupress by sci labs, but I don't know how good it is now.

From my research alot of people are using noveldex xt, but I was talking to someone that told me it wasn't really strong enough. I saw another stack of someone taking activate xtreme, stoked and noveldex xt for pct. Any tips to put me in the right direction would be helpful
