What isnt Gyno

I am currently 3 weeks into a cycle of x tren and cant decide wether or not i have the start of gyno in my right pec.

I have searced for hours and dont seem to be able to find an answer, my syptoms are as follows, The mamory gland feels a little tender, can anybody tell me how big this should feel. My nipples look normal and their are no other lumps / itching or lactating.
Is it possble that i have made it tender by being paranoid and checking it to often?

What I would really like to know is the difference between a normal mammory gland and one effected by gyno as well as how big it should feel.

Should I stop taking the xtren and move into planned pct with Nolva.
