Jomi's long term IGF experience
By Jomi822:
stats-
6'2-6'3
280-282lbs (currently)
400-500 grams protein a day (depending on if i can get in that last shake before bed)
typically lift with 1 day off a week, high volume workouts
i cruise on 600mgs testosterone C or E a week, have been bumped to 1200mgs for the past 2 months. this is not a particularly high dose for me
I have been taking igf lr3 for over 2 months now, next monday with make it 3 months. i dose 40mcgs twice a week, all in one shot, not split bilaterally. The goal has been an experiment with SYSTEMIC growth as opposed to local. All of my shots have been in outer thigh or medial delt.
I have been on cycle for about 15 months at this point. The rate of my growth and development has probably doubled in the past 2 months or so. i have used igf a good 3 or 4 times before this for one month intervals with eod or e3d injections meant for localized growth. This was when i weighed between 250-265.
Using the one month, more frequent dosing, provided me with fat loss, noticeable localized growth, hypoglycemia, sweating, small overall muscle gain, and an excellent appetite.
using igf twice a week at a low dosage has provided much more noticeable results. after a month i no longer had the hypoglycemic effects, the sweats, or the appetite stimulation. however, in the two months since then, it feels as if dosage of testosterone i am on has effectively increased by about 1/3 in terms of pure muscle building. This is not a localized feeling, but systemic, though growth in my leg sweep/delt protrusion has been pronounced.
other things of note:
change in facial features
painful calf pumps during long walks on the beach with testfreak
increased hair growth rate
increased nail growth rate
fat loss properties seem to be less accentuated
