Default Question about damaging HGH and HCG

Two questions that I could use some input on:

1) I just got a new fridge last night and apparently it's really powerful and it got WAYYY too cold for about an hour. I had my GH in there and when I went to check on the temp of the fridge, it was 0.1 degrees celsius...probably was like that for an hour or so. Would this have damaged my GH? I know you're not supposed to freeze gh and you should store it from 2-8 deg celsius, so i'm not sure. No other liquids in the fridge (including my insulin and hcg) were frozen, but it was damn cold in there.

2) How delicate is HCG compared to GH? When reconstituting, if some of the BW hits the disk/wafer of HCG directly, will this damage it? I did this yesterday by accident. I don't think it squirted the hcg forcefully, but it definitely didn't run down the side of the vial like it should; some of the water hit the hcg straight on. Have you guys done this and was the HCG good?

Thanks much
