Ok lets see....day 3 and not much to report. Training is going OK. Right knee continues to compromise my squats (and to a certain extent deadlifts, cleans etc)...just going to live with it for now.
Week 1:
PP 30mg Trenadrol 60mg
Others (all twice a day unless stated): SAMe, HB, Liver longer; 600mg NAC, 6-10g Fish oil, 500mg Sesamin TID, ACES, B-vits, 200mg IC3, ZMA, Niacin (PM), Blue Print (4 in AM), Clout, Body octane (will keep using clout/BO until gone at which time will switch back to standard BA tabs by NP and Bulk Tricreatine malate)....wow what I shit load of stuff...most likely just shitting it out lol.
Proteins (cytosport kick right now - I know *sigh*): Muscle milk collegiate, EvoPro, and occasionally the pudding.
All in all, I will report more when something is noteworthy.
