Axis Hemodraulix Log W/11oxo

GOALS: This is going to be a cutting/recomp cycle with the emphasis on maintaining/
gaining strength, as well as attempt to get bodyfat to around 10-11%. I would also like
to get down to around 235lbs.
TRAINING:Training will include all compound movements, as well as jump shrug,high
pulls,clean/jerk and other explosive movements. I will include plyometric tr w/strength
shoes/wght-jkt, and hill running, as well as playing basketball.
SUPPLEMENTS: hemodraulix,11oxo,leviathon reloaded,animal packs, bulkCEE or
AXIS SMASH,BCAA, ergopharm/mhp protein and poss x-factor which if used wont
be introduced until the 4th/5th week.
INFO: I am already 5 days into 11oxo and 3 days into hemo.
I have not touched a weight in 2 weeks because i wnat to start fresh on the HEMO
and 11oxo. I have been running/basketball though. I started taking the 11oxo and
have been taking 3 caps a day for about 5 days.
I have noticed a boost of energy/well being and noticable definition esp around the
stomach/oblique area.[also taking 4 lev-rel a day]
I rec my HEMO on tues[12] and dec to run hills on this day. I took 6 caps[HEMO],
3 caps lev-r and waited 30 min and did not feel that usual BETA rush. So i took 2
more caps and took my run.
RAN- 10-30yd sprints uphill w/10lb wght-jkt
RAN- 10-30yd sprints downhill w/10lb wght-jkt
RAN- 8-20yd sprints w/10lb w-jkt
3x4 ankle jumps 3x6 box jumps
These were all done in 5 inches of snow. The 8 caps of HEMO really kicked in and
this was one of the best runs i have had in a long time. The endurance in my quads/
hamstrings was crazy and my thighs were pumped/vascular when i noticed them
when i got home.
WEDNESDAY[13]- This was my first day at gym in 2 weeks. I am up to 4 caps a
day of 11oxo. I took 3 leviathon-rel and 8 hemo pre-wkt.

STRENGTH- I felt very strong on this day and could have went higher but i did enough'
PUMPS- At first take i wasn't sold on this prod but after taking 8 caps i could really
tell this was diff than no-expl/no-shot-gun. This one works effectively w/o stims and
creatine and that says a lot. My chest/shoulders were pumped beyond belief and i
could barely move them. I was sore after wkt and i never get sore. I know this was
due to the AA content.

PUMPS/STRENGTH- The pumps r intense and legs were so tight i had to stretch aft
my strength is also constant and my endurance excellent and that is what i am most
excited about. Like i said HEMO works well w/o stims and the 11oxo is providing a
good sense of well being as well as giving me a leaner look in the midsection.
