I know it will. I was looking at my logs from last cycle and I was at 225. The only reason I have not put much weight is due to the fact of my dry knees and no doing them in some time. Hopefully this eq-t kicks in and I can go higher. I'll let you know on Sat(back day) how everything goes. I just hope I can recover from that one exercise and not be out for the rest of the day

Workout: off day(hockey)

Comments: no sides with the product to report. I ate so much junk today. Hoping just to stuff my face with cals. thinking about switching my syntha-6 two times a day to some cytogainer. I have officially added another meal to my program(an early dinner around 6). Hopefully should start to put on some weight. Only bad news is that one of my teammates told me that I look smaller since the last time he saw me. He told me that my arms especially look like they have gotten smaller. Tomorrow with be chest day and hopefully I can put up some decent weight.

Comments: Weight is up which is a good thing. Must have been the pizza and fast food from yesterday. I'm not feeling a 100%. Might be coming down with something. I have a sore throat and sinus pressure with some white spots on the back of my throat. Wasn't feeling well at beginning of workout but towards the end felt much better. This would explain why my strength has drop since week 1. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow or else I'm thinking of ending cycle and going to the doctors. Will keep ya posted. Tomorrow is arm day. If I feel better tomorrow I will also start dosing some p-plex to see if I can get some weight

I'm sad to inform every one that I can no longer complete log as a result of an infection in my throat. I will be on meds to try and clear this up but the infection has gotten worse since Monday. I will be starting PCT once I am off the meds!!

Thanks guys! I'm thinking about doing this cycle again in a few months but starting out with 4 caps per day. This infection is nasty...one side of my throat is filled with pus! I haven't been to the gym since Sat and it is killing me.
