I know it will. I was looking at my logs from last cycle and I was at 225. The only reason I have not put much weight is due to the fact of my dry knees and no doing them in some time. Hopefully this eq-t kicks in and I can go higher. I'll let you know on Sat(back day) how everything goes. I just hope I can recover from that one exercise and not be out for the rest of the day
