Post (EQ-T)2 Log
I'm finally done recovering from my last cycle(ended in April) and thanks to Dr. C I will be logging his product. I have been seriously lifting for two years now and have experience with prohormones(tren, p-plex, bold, h-drol, m-drol). I will be starting the EQ-T tomorrow. I will follow the directions for the first 30 days. I have 3 bottles and hope to run this cycle for 6-8 weeks. after the 30 days I will review the results and might up the dosage, add p-plex(if EQ-t is dry) or add some h-drol(if it is wet). I have been preloading on saw palmetto for the past week. Here is the break down:

Height - 5'9"
Age-28
Weight -181.6
Bodyfat- ~15%

Current Supplements
(EQ-T)2- 3 caps per day
AI Cycle Support- 2 scoops/day
Whey protein
syntha-6(BSN) protein(got a good deal on a few cases)
Casein Protein-right before bed
l-arginine-10g before bed


PCT
6-oxo(3/2/2/1)
hypertest
zma
I3C
liver support
SAMe
creatine mono
no shotgun
*may consider adding formestane during the last weeks and bridging it into PCT

Diet - very clean diet and 6 meals a day. around 3,000 calories to begin with. 1.5-2 g of protein per body weight. May increase calorie intake to 4,000-4,500 if I do not see a gain in size.

Workout - I like to alternate each week with low rep/heavy weight and high rep/light weight
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Arms
Wed- Shoulders and Abs
Thurs-off
Friday-legs
Saturday-back and abs
Sunday-off

Goals-I am trying to put on 7-8lbs and gain inches to my chest and arms. Also trying to increase my bench and squat. Current bench is 235X6 two times and squat 365X6 two times.

waist-33"
chest-41"
left arm-15"
right arm" 14.5"

If anyone would like to add their two cents please do! I am open to suggestions and I have a lot of supplements lying around to make changes or add things.

I sometimes have my prostate flare up every now and then and end up going to the bathroom every hour or 2. jsut want to avoid it this time around. I usually end up taking the saw palmetto mid cycle(this was before ai's cycle support).
