Cable Flies: 50lbs 3x12
* I was tired today but that doesn't stop me from going when I have a log to do. This day is however, a day late being posted up. I'll lock it up and make sure every day is posted on time from now on.
** I've had a few BP headaches since last Thursday. They don't last for a really long period of time. Maybe an hour. I had one while I was at the alter for my buddies wedding. That sure was fabulous, lol. Besides that though I don't have anything to report on the PH effect side of things.
