Now, M1,4-ADD has some affinity on its own. The good news is however, that none of the M1,4-ADD can convert directly to estrogen. To aromatize at all, it has to be reduced first and as I stated above, 15 - 18 mg (3 caps a day) is not gong to provide significant opportunity for massive aromatization.

Seated Rows (hammer grip): 150lbs 2x15 ; 160 1x15 ; 170 1x12 1x11
Reverse, close grip pull downs: 1I set to failure. 150lbs 1x12
Seated Rows (BB grip): I set to failure. 130lbs 1x15
* I'm holding weight it appears. I generally gain 2 or 3 and then within 2 days its gone but I'm holding it this time. My arms were crazy pumped, they still are right now and they feel a lot harder. Major diff than normal.
** Started the morning with two pills instead of one as I'm upping the dosage. Perhaps that's caused the pump and the hardening? I don't know if it would make that drastic of a change so fast though. About an hour and 20 minutes or so after taking those I could deff tell I had something in my system. I think dosing 2 was a good idea.

Right on lllern.
I'm thinkin I'll run this at four a day till next Thursday and then bump it to five for 2 weeks making this a 5 week cycle.I may do in as a 6 week, i don't know. I wanna make sure we get the most out of this. I'll more than likely hold off on the 6-OXO until next week.
any thoughts about this plan of attack gentlemen?

* Back at 198. My body is insane. Couple days I'll hit or break 200. After that..I drop drop drop. I don't know why. I'll prolly be at 196 by Sunday. Hopefully not though.
** I tried to really crush my triceps today as much as I could. I haven't really felt sore much this week so I'm trying to up the intensity and work a bit.
*** My arms are pumped as hell again. This is second day in a row for this. Not quite as much as yesterday but there's still a deference than usual every day.

Thanks for the clarification, I was confused as shit when I was reading about it on the Intranetz. Because some sites say it converts to 1-test, but users were saying it converts to Dbol.
Now, another question. Is it safe to run 3 caps/day considering there are two methylated compounds being run here? It seems like an interesting product.

I'm just going to put in two cents here 187, gaining weight is in your diet. To gain mass your body needs fuel. What kind of diet are you running right now bro?
Also, hit your major muscle groups (the big ones, Pecs, Glutes, Quads, Hams, Lats, Traps) twice a week, once heavy and the next at about 70% of one-rep max for 3-4 sets for hypertrophy. Hit those smaller muscle groups too, but concentrate on the larger ones-you work your bi's when you do your back; you work your tri's when you work your chest; you work your calves doing squats; etc. So you are working them already when you do the bigger muscle groups.
Maybe you are keen to this already, but from what's been logged I can see that a workout plan that is effective for your goal needs to be put in place. And if you keep bouncing up and down in weight its either from using differnet scales or not pulling in sufficient calories and having a nutrition plan in place to achieve your desired goals.
