I built a killer spreadsheet to monitor your daily diet. If you want me to send you it let me know.

You input weight, height age and then what you eat that day and it calculates your BMR, Maintenace Calories, Total cals for the day which include a breakdown of protein, fats, carbs, etc and it also calculates your macro percentage (% fats, %proteins, %carbs).

I'm thinkin as far as cals go I'm going to get some weight gainer. If I rock two gainer shakes a day I should hit that other thousand cals. I'll go from there.

Todays my off day by the way. My biceps feel and look like theres softballs under my skin. Thats prolly the Hdrol kickin in. I'm curlin 105 for a set Tuesday. Thats all there is to it!

gettin hooked up with a shit ton of free weights and a bench tomorrow. I'm going to be in position where I could workout more than once a day once I get those set up either in the garage or downstairs.

its hard to say. if you work different body parts and have your split be where you hit each body part every 3.5 days, you might be able to do it without overtraining. you look pretty young too (can't recall if you said your age) so likely it will be ok. just make sure you still get enough sleep, that rest time is the critical part

I'm 28. Not a spring chicken but not really to oldschool either. I'll start thinking about how I can break the body parts up to workout out around 11 or 12 and then again around 5 or 6.

it definitely takes some work plotting it out. you may (if it works out for your schedule) find it easier to make it all work if your rotation is less than a full week. What i mean is if you put all your exercises into 3 days, have a 4th as rest, then on day 5 start over again
