Day 3.
Yesterday, on an impulse, I decided to bump up to 2 doses of each. 2nd dose taken about 8 hours after.
Before taking the second dose, I was comfortably warm. Not hot, or sweaty.
BP and pulse normal. No lethargy nor felt hyper. No hunger pangs either.
During the workout, had good energy levels.
After taking the 2nd dose, my body got warmer. A little perspiration broke even in airconditioning. Other things didn't change much, though my pulse was about 10 beats higher, normal is in the 70s, it was in the 80s.
Hmm, so 1 dose each day or two? Sucks to be on/near the "borderline" >180 take 1, 180 to 200 take 2 guideline. Think I will go with comfort. I might change my mind later... in the day
Also the box states, it may take 5-7 days for full effects to be seen... heck, taking 2 each day only to find out what the full effects on the 5th day sounds a little too exciting... but underdosing could yield significant less results and I am burn out the last few pounds to get to single digit BF fast.
For the 2nd dose yesterday, I took both Thyrocuts and Thyrotabs together... Doing it for the first dose today too.
Other than feeling warm... not much "excitement" to report. I take 450g of caffeine at one go, I get a little heady... . Thyrocuts/Thyrotabs should be good in cold weather. Someone might enjoy snuggling up to you when u are on it...
