This is my log for Competive Edge Lab's "H-Drol" stacked with Juggernaut Nutrition's "Win-Ztrol".

CEL's H-Drol -
Serving Size: 1 capsule

Amount Per Serving
4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-diol 25mg

Juggernaut Nutrition's Win-Ztrol -
Serving Size: 1 Capsule
Servings per Container: 90
[3,2-c]pyrazole-5alpha-etioallocholane-17beta-tetrahydropyranol 50mg.

Stats -
Age - 23
Height - 5'8"
Weight 175lbs
Bodyfat - Not sure but I estimate 12%, I will try to get this measured periodically.
Waist - 34"
Left Bicep Flexed - 15 3/4" Right - 15 1/2"
Left Calve Flexed - 16" Right - 15 3/4"
Chest - 40 1/2"
Neck - 16"
Left Thigh - 17" Right - 17"

Im starting out at 50mg/Day with the H-Drol, AM and PM.
Win-Ztrol will be 100mg/Day starting out, most likely reaching 300mg/Day spread throughout the day.

My diet will vary from day to day but is mainly comprised of oats, skim milk, lowfat cottage cheese, tuna, boneless skinless chicken breasts, steak, broccoli.

** I also have a SERM on hand just in case but I dont think this will be necessary for a mild compound such as H-Drol.

I do not have a set schedule for my workouts do to the fact I work every 3rd day for 24hrs. So it will be more of a 2days on 1day off deal, some days I will hit legs in the AM and upper body in the PM. Some days I do get to work out while im on duty and I will post it. My workouts are never the same back-to-back, I switch it up a lot and try to shock my muscles all the time. I have my heavy days, then I have my crazy days where I use different "shock" principles, only one shock method a workout.

Day 1

Weight - 175lbs

I just started hitting the weights again this week do to an elective surgery and left me out of the weight room for 4weeks.

Workout - Leg Day

Leg Extensions - 80x15, 90x12, 100x12
Squats (ass to the grass) - 135x20, 185x12, 205x8
Leg Curls - 80x15, 90x10, 100x8

This was a short and sweet workout just trying to get my legs ready for the ass pounding im gonna put them through pretty soon. I also hit up the pool at my parents house and did a few laps, and got some sun .

Diet -
8am - 2 bowls cheerios, 1 Large banana, 2 scoops of whey protein.
10am - 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1 medium yam
Pre-workout - 1 scoop whey protein with dextrose/maltodextrin.
Post-workout - 8oz orange juice, 1.5 scoops whey.
1pm - 8 slices of deli turkey, whole wheat bread, one slice 2% cheese.
3pm - 1 large apple, 2 table spoons natty peanut butter.
5pm - 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese.
7pm - 12oz chicken breast, 1 large raw salad, 1/2 cup black beans.
10pm - 1/2cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 serving muscle milk lite.
Water intake - 1gallon.

Thoughts -
I felt like a puss in the gym today, but I will be tearing it up pretty soon. Too early to tell anything from the supps as its just Day 1. I work tomorrow for 24hrs and my diet is hard to keep in check working with 4 other dudes at the firehouse who dont necessarily eat "clean", but im gonna try my best. Hopefully I can get some ab work in during our down time.

Good luck bro, be careful with the winztrol and make sure you always stay hydrated. It's a very mild ph but it should work well with the H-drol. Should notice some dry/lean gains. I'll be following.

nice set-up man...youll like this stack....the hdrol seemed to hit me at about 2.5 weeks.....quality dry gains
ill be following this one

btw...did you happen to count your bottle of winz? i was shorted 7 pills the last time i ran this stack.....just throwing that out there...

Well I just got off work, went out at 11:30pm for a "mental eval", structure fire call at 1:00am, and a crash at 6:00am, so I only got about 5hrs of sleep. cmm, actually I did not count my bottle of winz but good looking out, I'll count it later. I'll post 2 updates later on this afternoon. Time for breakfast, then im gonna sleep for a an hour or so.

Day 2

Well I was on duty for this day and we were busy in the AM, then didnt have a single call until 11:30 (read post #5). Today was an off day, I should of hit my abs at work but I was still a little sore from the previous work out so I just focused on eating.

Diet -
7am - 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, whole wheat english muffin, 8oz OJ.
9am - 12 grain bagel, low-fat cream cheese.
12pm - Footlong steak and cheese sub from subway, large raw salad. This was supposed to be a 6 inch divided in two different settings but I was hungry as hell!
3pm - 1 large apple, 2 tablespoons natty peanut butter.
6pm - Broccoli, chicken, cheese cassorole (spelling?).
9pm - Small bowl of lite ice cream (this is my weak point).
12am - 1 scoop whey protein.
2am - 1 scoop whey protein.

I know my diet doesnt look that great but im trying to eat a lot throughout the day and keep metabolism going, and this is actually good for being at work. Sometimes I have to resort to protein bars I keep with my gear and eat those after calls when we are busy and cant get back to the station to eat. I bumped up the dosage of winz to 150mg/day spread out during the day. H-Drol still staying at 50mg, divided into two doses. Normal support supplements, bumped up fish oil to 6caps/day (1gram caps). I have also decided to take a serving of whey after each call we might get in the middle of the night.

Thoughts on Day 2 -
Man I put down 1.5 gallons of water easily. Ive had dry-mouth all day long, and really didnt go out in the heat during the day.

Day 3

Weight - Havent weighed myself, I will do this tomorrow for my next update.

Diet -
7am - 1.5 scoops of whey, 8oz skim milk, 1 large banana, 1 cup oats.
10am - 8oz turkey breast, 1 slice cheese, whole wheat bread.
After this I fell asleep and didnt get up til 2pm do to going out on a few calls last night (post #5).
2pm - 1cup of oats, 1.5 scoops whey, 8oz skim milk.
3pm - Gym time
4:30pm - 1.5 scoops of whey 8oz OJ, glutamine.
6:30pm* - 1/2 pound 96/4 lean sirloin, whole wheat bun, broccoli, yam fries.
9pm* - 1 can tuna, 1 cup oats.
11pm* - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 8oz skim milk mixed with muscle milk lite.

*Denotes the fact I havent eaten these items yet but I plan to.

Workout - Chest/Abs/Lower back

Barbell Bench
135x10, 155x10, 165x10, 185x5

Incline Dumbbells
45x10, 45x10, 55x10, 60x11

Incline Flys
40x10, 40x10, 45x9

Pullovers
25x8 (lol), 25x8, 30x6

Cable flys
40x12, 45x10, 30x12

Cable crossovers
60x10, 60x8, 50x8, 50x7

Abs
An assload of side bridges and leg raises super-setted with back extensions with a 25 plate in my hands, total reps 300.

Thoughts on Day 3 -
Man I tell you what the lack of sleep caught up with me and I ended up taking a 4hr nap. It was pouring down rain all morning, it was dark, and I was tired as hell, but the nap felt good even though I slept longer than I wanted to. I went into the gym and felt like a maniac. Today the weights were down compared to a month ago, but it was the first time workin my chest in a month, and let me tell you, I felt like I could go forever, the pumps were 8/10, and my intensity level was insane, no matter what I did I didnt notice fatigue what so ever. Im not sure if its all in my head or not, but I trained with more intensity today than I did when I was hittin the gym hardcore over a month ago. Also when I got home this morning, I was assessing myself in the mirror and I was looking jacked up, and my abs were looking more ripped today than before I got laid up for a month. So far, pretty damn good. Im one of the biggest skeptics when it comes to supplements but I have to admit im impressed with the results so far.

Chefdeez, what are you referring to when you say be careful with the Win-Ztrol? I havent seen anyone claiming any ill side effects, are you referring to the hydration issue?

Actually man I havent counted them yet, good looking out though.. I will count them later tonight and let you guys know if I got shorted also.
