Day 1
Weight - 175lbs
I just started hitting the weights again this week do to an elective surgery and left me out of the weight room for 4weeks.
Workout - Leg Day
Leg Extensions - 80x15, 90x12, 100x12
Squats (ass to the grass) - 135x20, 185x12, 205x8
Leg Curls - 80x15, 90x10, 100x8
This was a short and sweet workout just trying to get my legs ready for the ass pounding im gonna put them through pretty soon. I also hit up the pool at my parents house and did a few laps, and got some sun

Diet -
8am - 2 bowls cheerios, 1 Large banana, 2 scoops of whey protein.
10am - 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1 medium yam
Pre-workout - 1 scoop whey protein with dextrose/maltodextrin.
Post-workout - 8oz orange juice, 1.5 scoops whey.
1pm - 8 slices of deli turkey, whole wheat bread, one slice 2% cheese.
3pm - 1 large apple, 2 table spoons natty peanut butter.
5pm - 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese.
7pm - 12oz chicken breast, 1 large raw salad, 1/2 cup black beans.
10pm - 1/2cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 serving muscle milk lite.
Water intake - 1gallon.
Thoughts -
I felt like a puss in the gym today, but I will be tearing it up pretty soon. Too early to tell anything from the supps as its just Day 1. I work tomorrow for 24hrs and my diet is hard to keep in check working with 4 other dudes at the firehouse who dont necessarily eat "clean", but im gonna try my best. Hopefully I can get some ab work in during our down time.
