I got wreakless on my 1st M1T,4AD run....doubled the dose of 4AD (with no AI duhhh) and got me my 1st run in with gyno as an adult.
Good lookin' out. Should I add an AI when I bump up the M1T?
25mg ATD or an equivelant of whatever daily should do the trick.

Day 4
Weigh in: 199
Weight jumped like I expected. Diet and water intake are up so this is the norm. On a side note: I weighed in after taking massive dumps (did I say I love bulking? ehhh).
Energy so far isn't a problem, strength isn't near what it should be as I was doing more weight last week. I think I was carrying a bug of some kind for the first few days of this cycle 'cause I was sick as crap yesterday and am on the mend today (or it could be the adjustment in diet, I didn't scale it very well like I usually do).
Flat Bench: 1x15 @ 135; 2x12 @185; 1x7 @225; 1x10 @135 (weak day)
Decline Bench: 1x10 @185; 1x8 @225 (really weak day)
Cable flies (low-to-high): 2x10 @40 per side
Cable flies (high-to-low): 2x10 @50 per side
Dips: 3x10 (not good)
Lateral Flies: 1x12 @25, 2x10 @30; 1x8 @35
Tricep pull-downs (rope): 1x12 @ 120 (handlebar): 2x12 @110
Tricep extensions (machine) 1x15 @75 (this machine is a piece of crap, only did one set)
Single arm tricep cable extensions front-grip: 2x10 @40 ea side; (hammer swing) 1x10 @30 ea sd and 1x10 @40 ea sd
Pec deck flies (this is about the goofiest machine, but it hits the ant delts really good): 2x10 @150
Leg Extensions (started really light to test the knee): 1x10 @137.5; 1x10 @175; 1x8 @200
The extensions went okay, not up to pre-injury strength, but definitely feeling good.
Haven't had a good workout yet and am starting to wonder if I'm wasting my time cycling, but the pump is incredible and I feel a lot better than I have in the last few days-so I think I'll work on getting more sleep and keep at it. I'm definitely ramping up to 20mg's for week 2 and will probably double the Diol XS on my off-week from the M1T. Then I will definitely incorporate an AI (as per mmowry's rec.).

What youre reffering to with the "bug" many,many people experiencd with M1T (M1T flu) so it may be legit but I hope you feel better soon.I didnt feel fluish but lethargy and pumps were the sides that hit me.(if I ahd M1T now Id take 10mg before bed every night just to help me sleep.lol)
Strength should jump at 20mg since blood concentration will be more steady and if you react like me youll have to drop sets/reps to keep the cramps/pumps away but your #s will jump like mad.

I'm still walking funny, but I was able to do a light set of calf raises last night, thanks mmowry. And you suggested potassium for the pumps? I'll give that a shot, I probably should have loaded, huh? Oh well, I eat obnoxiously clean and tons of antioxidants so I'll start up and see if it still works out okay. Thanks bro.
Day 5

Left my log at home but I ran my back workout and skipped my hams due to some discomfort in my knee (maybe I should have taken it easy with the extensions last night, lol). Went heavy on everything, completed 36 sets + accessories with little problem. I think I did have the flu or something 'cause I feel great now (except my left foot is too big for my sneaks still, may go get that x-rayed tomorrow). But strength is coming along, though I had much more marked strength gains form 1AD stand alone. Will be patient and ramp the Diol XS @ week 3 and definitely going to 20mg's of M1T on the fifth...which will probably be the next installment on this log. I'll try to remember to throw the WO stats up tomorrow if I don;t get caught up in other stuff. Have a safe and happy 4th guys!
