Default Supa T's Andropharm M1T and Sports Diol XS Cycle

Okay, I have finally made up my mind to get off the fence and do this.
So I am going to run it as follows
Week 1: 10mg's M1T, 600mg's Diol XS
Week 2: 20mg's M1T, 800mg's Diol XS
Week 3: 800mg's Diol XS
Week 4: 20mg's M1T, 800mg's Diol XS; Testevol @ 2caps/day
Week 5: 10mg's M1T, 600mg's Diol XS; Testevol @ 3caps/day
Week 6&7: Nolva at 40/day, Testevol @3caps/day
Week 8&9: Nolva @ 20/day, Testevol @2caps/day

I'll be running ZMA with this, cycling off creatine for the first four weeks, and taking the M1T with my last meal of the day while dividing up the Diol with the first few meal/snacks of the day.
I keep crappy workout logs but will do my best. My diet is ramping from 3500 at day one to 5000 by the end of week two (cals/day). My traditional bulking diet runs roughly in the parameters of 40/30/30 after week two and 40/35/25 for the first two weeks.
I may play with my diet a little this time as I generally have explosive gains and then taper down by the end of PCT. As far as the lethargy factor, I am hoping that taking the Methyl late will help to combat that a bit, but I am high-strung and don't sleep enough as it is. So if it makes me sleepy-then good.
I have a thread where I invite experienced guys to give me their top advice and I will denote changes on both threads whenever I can.

Day 1
Weigh in got biffed the first day, sorry. Usually I will weigh in the morning early afternoon and befor ebed than average, but I started on a Saturday which just wasn't smart. Anyway, we'll call the "official" weigh in at:
195.5 lbs
(this is an average of late afternoon and pre-workout weights)
I had a piss poor workout unfortunately. #1 it was a leg strength day, which I hate and pull-ups, which aren't my favorite either. That in combo with the fact that my BP was up on day one and here I am venting on my log, sorry.
DB Lunges: 60lbs 1x20 alt; 80lbs 1x20 alt; 100lbs 1x20 alt
Single Leg Presses: 140lbs 3x10 (each leg)
Toe Presses: 140lbs 3x12 (each foot)
Hip Adduction: 140lbs 1x12; 170lbs 1x12; 190lbs 1x10
Hip Abduction (inclined): 120lbs 1x12; 150lbs 1x12; 170lbs 1x10
Pull-ups: Hammer Grip 3x10; Behind-the-neck 2x10; Wide-grip 2x10

I've decided against logging accessory exercises like trunk twists, sit-ups and forearm exercises because I do them just about every workout and they don't really account to my end set total (which I was way off of tonight). I look forward even less to tomorrow night which is my vanity workout (lol) after I hit up 187 for not working major muscle groups enough-what can I say? I'm a hippocrite
Diet is solid for all of day one, lol. Energy level is there and can't wait to get to the harder workouts at the beginning of this next week.
Any advice hit up my thread under prohormones, thnaks guys!

Day 2
Just a vanity workout like I mentioned yesterday-small muscle groups, seperating biceps and assaulting the abs and lumbar. Tomorrow: Chest, Delts, Tri's and Quads.
I am looking for some new Quad exercises, if you have any holler at me. I won't get to it tomorrow but can implement next round.

Enough of the ab/ aduction stuff and SQUAT man. Close stance and wide stance will beat them quads/glute/hip flexors up.

Nagging knee and ankle injuries. One of the reasons outside of sheer laziness my bf is up so high. I'm about 80-85% right now but I dropped a 50lb folding table on my foot last week and the swelling is still apparent. I look forward to be able to do squats soon-and deadlifts. I'll do them near the end of this week and probably keep it light and high rep.

Ouch man! Hopefully the swelling will go down soon so you can be 100% and get the most out of this cycle.

If you have knee,ancle and foot problems then youre in bad shape for quad work.

Thanks guys, but I'm a klutz, so I have learned to play through lol. My shoe fit today so I think I'm good-not going for a run yet..but I'm ready to hit the rack I think. I'll be careful, of course, but I'm itchin' to start hittin' hard!
BTW: Think I should up the dose of Sports One? It's 300mg's/day of 4AD and 19-Nordiol/ea. Maybe I should double this, yeah? And so far no drowsiness from the M1T. So it's either DHEA or I may need to bump that up to 20mg's too. I'll wait until the end of week one to make adjustments.
Weigh in tomorrow on day 4. I expect a little bit of gain as I have been hitting the fridge 6 times a day solid and eating handfuls of nuts and raisins three times a day. I love bulking, lol.

I got wreakless on my 1st M1T,4AD run....doubled the dose of 4AD (with no AI duhhh) and got me my 1st run in with gyno as an adult.
