Okay, I have finally made up my mind to get off the fence and do this.
So I am going to run it as follows
Week 1: 10mg's M1T, 600mg's Diol XS
Week 2: 20mg's M1T, 800mg's Diol XS
Week 3: 800mg's Diol XS
Week 4: 20mg's M1T, 800mg's Diol XS; Testevol @ 2caps/day
Week 5: 10mg's M1T, 600mg's Diol XS; Testevol @ 3caps/day
Week 6&7: Nolva at 40/day, Testevol @3caps/day
Week 8&9: Nolva @ 20/day, Testevol @2caps/day
I'll be running ZMA with this, cycling off creatine for the first four weeks, and taking the M1T with my last meal of the day while dividing up the Diol with the first few meal/snacks of the day.
I keep crappy workout logs but will do my best. My diet is ramping from 3500 at day one to 5000 by the end of week two (cals/day). My traditional bulking diet runs roughly in the parameters of 40/30/30 after week two and 40/35/25 for the first two weeks.
I may play with my diet a little this time as I generally have explosive gains and then taper down by the end of PCT. As far as the lethargy factor, I am hoping that taking the Methyl late will help to combat that a bit, but I am high-strung and don't sleep enough as it is. So if it makes me sleepy-then good.
I have a thread where I invite experienced guys to give me their top advice and I will denote changes on both threads whenever I can.
