Also just for clarification you are pyramiding the 6-oxo extreme correct? I especially like the items in bold below. You will have to let us know how the Blueprint is....been wanting to try agamintine (sp? lol) for a while now.

Quote:
Toremifiene (I'm going to hold off on this; more of a just in case; have it on hand though)
6-OXO Extreme - (would really prefer to have some eform)
I3C ramped down
SAMe 400

ZMA
MAN Blueprint throughout dosed in the morning as prescribed.
Activate Extreme ramped up starting midway through

Giant Transresveratrol Plus
NOW P-5-P (again just in case)

GeneGenome and D_ have posted quite a bit on this forum in regards to res which opened my eyes to it a little more.

Having said all that I loved using PP's Sustain Alpha in one pct. But its difficult to pinpoint where the benefits are coming from when we all like to stack so many things during PCT.
Yeah I've read quite a bit on what D has had to say about it and Dr. P made some interesting points on it on bb.com today. I see it more of a supreme antioxidant benefit in killing free radicals which to me is fairly important during pct.

If by pyramiding you mean during the last few weeks of the first part of the cycle going up and then ramping it down with some p-5-p going into 11-OXO and starting high again with the official pct after 11-oxo and tapering off long term (again with p-5-p - big supporter of extended pct/tapering off) - then yes lol

If you meant otherwise by all means clarify - I like shooting the shit about this stuff.

As for the blueprint I'm excited too - first time trying it and I've read D's thoughts on it too and feel for the moment it would be very beneficial to run it throughout any pct. PCT will most likely go 6-8 weeks for me and not just the originally stated 4 (dunno why I wrote that).

Day 1

Nothing special to report. GVT kicks my ass - you have to lower the weights and ego to get through it. Could barely get through B1,B2,B3 portion with decent lifts in terms of weights. An hour later my body feels like lead.

Some changes to note: I decided to go with the recommended 600mgs 4-AD... 200 an hour before, 400mgs 15 minutes before - also going with 75 mgs of halo to start as I know my body didn't start reacting last time until I bumped up to 75.

Obviously no sides or anything to report yet. Just have to get through the incubation period.

Also added ALCAR and Drive to pct... forgot how awesome ALCAR was for me during both my previous pcts as far as mood enhancement.

I agree, but I do feel it's helpful to a degree; however not worthy of saying SERM and resveratrol in the same sentence.

Day 2

Happy 4th to all of you. Gym was closed but that didn't stop me from going down into the basement and making do with what I had. Used a close grip hammer grip bar for some overhead tri extensions and close grip hammer curls. Also did standing curls with an ez-bar and SLDL's with an EZ Bar. Highlight was doing 10 sets of 315x6 box squats. Pretty tanked after that.

Sides - nothing too much to report - definitely sleeping more (thank god I have time to catch up on that. ). Little bit of lethargy and some placebo during the workout. Endurance and energy were up during the workout but I definitely am attributing that to placebo for now.

Also read a lot of articles about how b6 is ineffective for reducing prolactin on pubmed today and found a very interesting read on how pantothenic acid supplementation increased progesterone in rats. Yikes.

Quote:
1: Biol Pharm Bull. 2008 Jun;31(6):1205-8

Effects of pantothenic acid supplementation on adrenal steroid secretion from male rats.
Jaroenporn S, Yamamoto T, Itabashi A, Nakamura K, Azumano I, Watanabe G, Taya K.

Department of Basic Veterinary Science, The United School of Veterinary Sciences, Gifu University, Gifu, Japan.

The effects of pantothenic acid-supplementation on the adrenal secretion of corticosterone and progesterone in male rats were investigated using an in vitro cell culture system. Male rats at 21 d of age were given 0.03% pantothenic acid in their drinking water for 9 weeks. After 9 weeks of treatment, the animals were decapitated, and adrenal cells were cultured in the absence or presence of rat adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH; 10(-15) to 10(-10) M) and/or ovine prolactin (oPRL; 10(-9) to 10(-7) M) for 4 h. Adrenal cells in pantothenic acid-treated rats exhibited higher basal levels of corticosterone and progesterone than control rats. The response of ACTH and/or PRL on corticosterone and progesterone release was higher in the pantothenic acid-treated rats than in the control rats. In addition, PRL increased the stimulatory effect of ACTH-induced corticosterone secretion in both normal and pantothenic acid-treated rats. These results clearly demonstrated that pantothenic acid supplementation stimulates the ability of adrenal cells in male rats to secrete corticosterone and progesterone. Additionally, these results also showed that pantothenic acid supplementation induced adrenal hyperresponsiveness to ACTH stimulation, and PRL further stimulated adrenal sensitivity to ACTH.

Day 3

Weight following workout today was 234lbs... +2lbs - probably water retention.

Popped 2 adrenalean before cardio today - no weights. Did 20 minutes on the eliptical followed by 10 minutes on the stairmaster. Adrenalean is great - definitely liking the cognitive blend. Started getting some back pumps in the lower right side - weird wasn't expecting it so soon. I'll monitor - the real test as far as if I can handle this cycle and my crazy schedule will start Monday. For now I'll get all the sleep I can.

Also did various weighted abdominal exercises following cardio.

Sides - Just the minor lower right back pump. I am dosing taurine, potassium, and drinking plenty of water accordingly.
Lethargy - some.
Mood - fairly reasonable.
Muscles feeling a little more full - more than likely placebo still at this point.

I agree. It's a great supplement but marketing as a SERM is like some companies marketing Epithio's as an anti-e, reckless.
